On October 28, 2023, Mr. Binh Tran, a New York-qualified lawyer and Director at KPMG Law in Vietnam, delivered a lecture on mergers and acquisitions to law students at the UEL campus. Mr. Binh Tran has more than 15 years of professional experience providing legal services in Vietnam, including 8 years working for a leading international law firm. He was named to the annual Top 40 Under 40 Asian Business Law list.

Mr. Binh Tran's expertise, knowledge, and enthusiasm captivated the audience and encouraged them to engage and contribute to the lesson. The students learned a great deal about the topic and the skills needed to work in a global law firm.

The Faculty of Economic Law highly appreciates Mr. Binh Tran's contribution and looks forward to welcoming him back for future events.
