“Student of 5 merits movement” creates conditions, environment, and motivation for students to self-educate, self-practice, cultivate ideals, equip themselves with basic equipment to establish themselves, establish a career, and overcome the limitations and weaknesses of students, thereby building a student image in a new age.

Students need to meet the required conditions to complete all 5 criteria:

- Morality

- Study

- Physical

- Volunteer

- Integration

Except for the mandatory conditions, there are also priority conditions. Priority will be given to students with exceptional achievements. Besides, the Student of 5 merits award is also given to the class based on the number of students participating in the “Student of 5 merits movement” and achieving the Student of 5 merits award of The Associated Organ of Vietnamese Students’ Association, Faculty of Economic Law; no student violates the law and the school's rules and regulations of residence and community.

Based on the Faculty-level criteria system issued by the Executive Committee of The Associated Organ of Vietnamese Students’ Association, Faculty of Economic Law, the grassroots branches notify and mobilize members to participate. The selection committee for the Student of 5 merits award will decide on the list of typical students, the Executive Committee of The Associated Organ of Vietnamese Students’ Association, Faculty of Economic Law and the Executive Committee of the Vietnamese Students’ Association of the Class are responsible for propagating and announcing the results and held the "Creation ceremony for the Student of 5 merits at Faculty of Economic Law".

“Student of 5 merits movement” creates positive development among students about 5 criteria: morality; study; physical; volunteer; integration. Students who achieve the Student of 5 merits award can make their own efforts and training through achieving the selection conditions from 5 titles.
