JOB SEEKER - SKILLS FOR ANSWERING INTERVIEWS AND WRITING CV FOR LAW STUDENTS

On November 15, 2021, the Communist Youth Union of the Faculty of Economic Law brought to the 3rd and 4th-year law students of the University of Economics and Law an attractive and practical program named "Job Seeker” - Skills for answering interviews and writing CVs for Law students” on an online platform with the following goals:

- To complete the series of student support programs of the Faculty of Law and Economics;

- Create opportunities for students to meet, exchange, and listen to the experience of writing CVs and interviewing legal professionals lawyers, and employers. That helps students prepare well and can succeed in the job interview later;

- Support in equipping, supplementing, and perfecting interview and CV writing skills for students through practical activities with the advice of experts;

- Create a bridge between students and employers, in order to create job opportunities for students and meet the recruitment needs and capture the quality of students of law firms.

The program took place and went through 4 main phases including:

1) Open the registration form (November 15, 2021 - November 21, 2021);

2) Receive job applications (November 22, 2021 - November 28, 2021);

3) The partner conducts screening of documents and marks and corrects CVs (November 29, 2021 - December 8, 2021);

4) Test interview - listen to guest's sharing (December 12, 2021).

With the enthusiasm and diligence of the organizers as well as the partners of the Faculty including YKVN Law Firm and LIKON Law Firm, the candidates came from the two faculties of Law and Economic Law of the University of Economics. Law has brought great success to Job Seeker. The program not only resonates with the law student community but also with partners who have been cooperating with the Faculty of Economic Law - UEL.
